Crispy Cheesy Garlic Bread

Garlic Bread at dinner time can elevate an entire meal to epic heights and it’s the best thing to happen to day old sub rolls. OK slight exaggeration but garlic bread is pretty popular in our house.
It’s really a snap to make; warm some butter in the microwave or on the stove top with some chopped garlic and spread it on bread split in half. I like to season that with a light sprinkle of dried oregano and top that with shredded Parmesan cheese. Cook it at 425 for about 4 to 5 minutes and pure garlic heaven is ready for love.
